Keep Standing

Ephesians 5:13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

'It is easier to fall for anything than to stand for something.'

You know many people fade away or fall away. They were once on fire for Jesus but got tired, got discouraged, and stood down.

In a compromised Christian world that falls from the purity of God's Word, keep standing. Keep standing for truth even when unpopular.

You might be tired today. You might be discouraged. Others around you might have given up the battle. But keep standing.

Stand FOR your faith in Jesus, don't be ashamed. Stand IN your faith in Jesus and don't compromise your beliefs. Don't go backwards, don't give up. No retreat no surrender. Keep standing.

I have fallen down, I have been knocked down. I have even sat down.

And I know I am vulnerable when I am down: So I choose to get up on my feet, maintain my position and keep standing.

Prayer:

Thank You Father for the armour of God. Thank You today for strength to stand. I choose to get up from a place of vulnerability and stand for You and in You today in Jesus' Name, Amen.
