Much More Than This, I Did It My Way

Proverbs 1:31 Well, you've made your bed—now lie in it; you wanted your own way—now, how do you like it?

You know we live in a world that teaches us 'if it feels good, do it.' Years ago Frank Sinatra sung and made the song famous, "I did it my way" and it has become the anthem of a generation.

QAnton Levay who wrote the satanic bible writes it like this, "Do what thou wilt". In other words, follow your heart and do what you want. ("You are a god")

Personally when I've done what I want or did it my way it's got me in a right mess.

We have millions of people following their heart doing what they want, making themselves gods and suffering as a result. And they are going to hell.

The bible says there is a path that seems right to man but it's end is destruction.

I don't want to do things my way. I don't trust my heart. I don't trust my way.

Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

It's a narrow gate, it's a difficult way. But I want to walk in God's way. I want Him to be the boss of my life.

I don't want to do it my way. I want to do it God's Way.

In fact Jesus said, you know what "I am the Way".

Please friend don't keep doing it your way it, doesn't work.And you will end up in hell. Do it the Jesus Way and find life.

Prayer:

Father forgive me for wanting my own way . For wanting to do things if they feel good even if they are wrong I don't want to serve myself anymore, but You. I want You Jesus even if it's a narrow, difficult way that leads to eternal life. I surrender to Your Way, in Jesus Name, Amen.
