Matt Richards
Exodus 4:10 But Moses pleaded with the LORD, “O Lord, I’m not very good with words. I never have been, and I’m not now, even though you have spoken to me. I get tongue-tied, and my words get tangled.” Then the LORD asked Moses, “Who makes a person’s mouth? Who decides whether people speak or do not speak, hear or do not hear, see or do not see? Is it not I, the LORD? Now go! I will be with you as you speak, and I will instruct you in what to say.”
You know I struggle with my voice. Have done for seven years now. One of my vocal chords is paralysed. I truly believe I am going to get my healing. Soon.
But here's the thing, I am still going to minister, to preach, to pray for people even though I am struggling, even though I'm not there yet.
Moses complained to God about his disability and God didn't heal him right there; but sent him away anyway.
We don't understand everything. We often want God to fix everything before we are obedient. But God will use us even if we are not a 100% whole.
After all He is God and we are not.
Don't wait for your healing and your breakthrough before you obey the call.
Trust that He knows; and He will come through for you on the journey.
Obedience is everything. Don’t argue with God He already knows all about your flaws and He still picks you. But hear this today, He also knows all Your potential.
Here's a message to someone struggling with being tongue tied God wants to use you.
Now Go.
He's still God and He will still use you.
God's not so much interested in your ability or even your disability, but your availability.
Prayer:
Father thank You for Your Grace and mercy. Thank You that You choose me inspite of my shortcomings and my limitations. I choose to Go and fulfill my commission today in Jesus' name amen.
