Matthew 3:16,17 And when Jesus was baptized, immediately he went up from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened to him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming to rest on him; and behold, a voice from heaven said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
Before Jesus performed a miracle, before He did any significant ministry or had a facebook following; He was baptised.
Then because of His obedience God the Father Spoke from heaven."This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.
You know today Gods love for you is not based on your performance; but that you are a son.Before you can minister or do anything in the Kingdom you need to be a son.
You need to know you are not a son of the devil but a child of God.You are not just a son or daughter, but you need to know before you perform any miracle any healing any ministry your heavenly Father is well pleased with you.He is not just pleased; but 'well pleased.' MSG 'marked by love', AMP 'whom I delight'.
If you belong to Jesus today. Know you start from an identity of being His Child.
You are His delight. You are marked by love. He is well pleased.
Prayer:
Father forgive me for believing the lie my worth is determined by my performance.
I announce the truth today You are well pleased with me, You are delighted, I am marked by Your love in Jesus' name Amen.
